La Cascina Crema di Bergamotto

Bergamot is a type of citrus fruit grown in southern Italy.  Cream of Bergamot is a product obtained from the infusion of bergamot in alcohol.

La Cascina Creama di Bergamotto is a creamy, white liqueur with an aroma of citrus fruit.  Sweet upon first taste, the creamy liqueur leaves with a bitter aftertaste, which is typical of Bergamot fruit.

Serving Suggestions:

1. Serve alone.

2.  Garnish sweets, fruits, and ice cream

3.  Use to prepare cocktails

Tip:  Serve very cold (freezer is better)
